Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Weekly Drive Sports, LLC ("WeeklyDrive," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the WeeklyDrive website and application (the "Service").

Information we collect

Account information. Your email address, and a display name you choose. If you enable phone-based login, your mobile phone number.
League activity. Leagues you create or join, team names, weekly lineups, scores, standings, and results.
Commissioner records. If you are a league commissioner, entry-fee amounts you configure and a paid/unpaid marker you set for each team. We do not collect or process payment card details, bank information, or any funds.
Technical information. Log data, browser type, device information, and session cookies necessary to keep you signed in.

How we use your information

To create and authenticate your account and keep you signed in
To operate leagues, calculate scoring, and display standings and results
To send you service-related messages about your account or leagues
To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the Service

Phone numbers and text messages

If you choose to sign in with your phone number, we collect that number for the sole purpose of sending you a one-time login code by text message. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

Phone numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider, solely to transmit your login code. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and is limited to codes you request. Reply STOP to opt out of messages at any time, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not close your account — you can continue signing in by email.

Service providers

We use a small number of third-party providers to operate the Service, including cloud hosting and database services, authentication services, and an SMS delivery provider. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their service to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Information you enter in a league — such as your display name, team name, lineups, and results — is visible to other members of that league. Beyond that, we share information only with the service providers described above, or where required by law.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by emailing mike@playweeklydrive.com. Some league records may be retained in de-identified form so that other members' league histories remain intact.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and managed authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service.
