These Terms govern your use of the WeeklyDrive website and application (the "Service"), operated by Weekly Drive Sports, LLC ("WeeklyDrive," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with any laws that apply to you where you live.
WeeklyDrive is a software tool for running private fantasy football leagues. It provides scoring, lineups, schedules, standings, and record-keeping for a league that you and the people you invite operate yourselves.
WeeklyDrive never collects, holds, transfers, escrows, or distributes entry fees, prizes, or any other funds between league members. If your league involves an entry fee, that arrangement is entirely between you and the other members of your league. Any amounts shown in the Service are a record-keeping convenience that reflects what a commissioner has entered — they are not a payment instruction, a balance, or a promise by us to pay anyone.
You and your league members are solely responsible for settling any amounts among yourselves, and for determining whether your league is lawful where you live.
You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything that happens under it. Sign-in is passwordless: we send a one-time code or link to your email address or mobile number. Keep access to those secure, and tell us promptly at mike@playweeklydrive.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
If you create a league, you act as its commissioner. You choose the league settings, invite members, and are responsible for how your league is run, including any entry-fee arrangement and any prize distribution. You agree not to represent that WeeklyDrive holds, guarantees, or is responsible for those funds.
We may charge a platform fee for use of the Service, disclosed to you before you incur it. Platform fees are separate from anything your league does among its own members.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service depends on third-party data, including statistics for real-world sporting events. We work to keep scoring accurate but do not warrant that data, scores, standings, or results will be error-free or uninterrupted. Where an error is identified, we may correct records.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weekly Drive Sports, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or amounts owed between league members. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, South Carolina, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
